1999 – Remote Islands of the South Pacific

In 1999 I went on an adventure cruise in the South Pacific. It was billed as an exploration of The Remote Islands of the South Pacific.

We flew to Santiago, Chile, where we met each other and then we bused together over to Valparaiso on the Chilean coast; where we joined the ship. We sailed for a months and visited a number of remote islands; some inhabited and some not. Everywhere, when we went ashore, we went in on Zodiacs.

A month later, we finished at Tahiti and flew home. Many, many adventures along the way.
